Khantravelservicebd follows the airline’s cancellation and reissue policy.
Cancellation/ re-issue requests must be confirmed and executed 48 hours prior to the departure time. Otherwise, a no-show charge may apply based on the airline’s rules.
Users can submit cancellation or reissue requests directly through the Khantravelservicebd app via the ‘My Booking’ section. Requests will be processed only upon user confirmation.
A standard service charge may apply in case of any cancellation or reissue requests.
For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) upon a successful cancellation.
Refunds will be processed for and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking.
For any kind of additional payment, convenience charge will be applicable depending on the payment method.

To cancel a booking, travelers must go to ‘My booking > Cancel’ and confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Travelers need to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
